Made by London distiller Sipsmith, this exotic gin is flavoured with seven varieties of chilli from around the world – including Scotch bonnet, Carolina Reaper and Guajillo varieties – and Asian limes. Produced in small batches, Sipsmith Chilli & Lime is a delicious savoury gin, ideal for those looking for something a bit different.

Suggested serves: Ideal replacement for vodka in a Bloody Mary. Also try as a substitute for Tequila and rum in twists on the classic Margarita and Mojito cocktails.

Tasting Notes

The nose is both earthy and buttery, like freshly baked buttered bread, with additional notes of dark chocolate, oak spice and lime zest. The palate is quite bitter, with flavours warm chilli, dry juniper and cooked orange. Earthy flavours linger on the finish, offset with a surprising sweetness.
