Serving Suggestions: Best served neat, though add ginger ale and plenty of ice for a rich, spicy Highball.

Tasting Notes

The syrupy nose with hints of gingerbread, malt loaf, butterscotch and sticky blood orange juice hints at the depths waiting in the glass. On the palate it’s gratifyingly sweet and oily, a mouthcoating texture that delivers dried fruits, fruitcake, earthy oloroso sherry and a black pepper spice.
