All Angels Sparkling Rosé 2018- 75cl

As with any worthy vintage, serve 20 minutes out of the fridge. 2018 is fondly remembered by the vineyards of England as a year when the weather was ideal at all the key times. All Angels had a bountiful harvest of superb quality. With many options to hand, they found the perfect blend for their 2018 Sparkling Rosé, a stunning fruit forward union of Rondo’s rich, red fruit and the tropical influences of Pinot Gris.

Serve chilled (at around 12C) in Champagne flutes. This pretty pink sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but versatile enough to pair nicely with savoury nibbles, quiche lorraine or with afternoon tea. English scones with clotted cream and fresh strawberries pair like a dream. A very English fizz.

A delicate peach colour, with aromas and palate full of nectarine and pomegranate, alongside softly spiced raspberry crumble. Stylishly balanced with a refreshing acidity and fine ascending bubbles.
